Question: What is included with the MainGate System?
Answer: You have 3 options with MainGate, Option #1
you lease a whole system which comes with a PC or
Laptop, Signature Pad, and the software. Option #2 you
can lease the Software and signature pad only. You would
install the software yourself with option #2.
Question: Is there Internet on the PC?
Answer: When we send out your PC it does not have any
Internet capabilities on it. We do NOT recommend having
the Internet on your PC/Laptop. Remember your
signatures are GOLD!
Question: Does MainGate keep my signatures or do I?
Answer: No we don't. The signatures are stored on YOUR
hard drive. Nothing is stored on MainGate"s system. We
recommend that you download your signatures regularly
on a CD.
Question: Do you need to have computer experience to
use MainGate at the ticket window?
Answer: No. We designed this system to be a one click
system for your ticket agent. It is just a click of the mouse.
